Personal Training Services
Personal training used to be just for the rich and famous, now it is widely utilized by people of all ages and backgrounds. Personal training at SCFPT is one on one strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training with a nationally certified personal trainer. Our personal training team focuses on each client's goals and specific fitness needs.
Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain muscular size, strength, improve sport performance, injury prevention, or desire to have the weekly commitment, a personal trainer can help you attain your goals. All of our personal trainers are nationally certified and many have extensive background in rehabilitation, sports, and athletic training.
SCFPT members can work with a personal trainer on a one-on-one basis or in a small group. Sessions range from one hour to 45 minutes in length and can be scheduled for any day or time to accommodate your busy schedule. Sessions can be purchased in single sessions or in any packages of 5 or 25 with a savings.
